Manos, Hanos & Fatos

hanosfatosmanosscreen

A trio of magical voidlings is no match for your money toting mechanical, Lil’ Bling.

Synopsis: A simple strategy of picking a couple of mechanical pets to counter all the magic damage is the simplest way to achieve victory here.  By the time Fatos has time to use Seethe, he’ll be dead.

Goal: To defeat the tamer with 2 pets so that a third pet can be carried through for maximum experience gain.

Manos, Hanos & Fatos

ma16 Manos with ma16 Arcane Storm, ma16 Mana Surge, and ma16 Arcane Slash
ma16 Hanos with cr16 Sneak Attack, ma16 Flash, and ma16 Invisibility
ma16 Fatos with  Seeth, ma16 Forboding Curse, and ma16 Arcane Slash

Your Team

Lil’ Bling –  Inflation,  Extra Plating,  Make It Rain
Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling –  Breath,  Bombing Run,  Explode
Carry Pet

Again, this fight is problematic for level 1 pets because of the Arcane Storm.  Bring a level 10+ pet to survive the backline attacks.

Start with your Lil’ Bling and Make It Rain!  Use Extra Plating to survive the next several attacks from Mana Surge, and then Use Inflation to start rolling the double damage onto Manos.  When your Inflation is up, use Make It Rain again and Manos will be toast.  Extra Plating when Hanos comes in and then it’s back to Inflation.  You’ll have a 50% chance to miss, but you’ll get a few hits in for sure.  Again, use your Make It Rain for some big double damage and if you’re not dead yet, use Inflation one last time to keep the double damage debuff rolling.  Bring your Dragonling in, and finish off Hanos with a Breath.  Keep using Breath when Fatos comes in until he’s under 560 health and then Explode.  Your carry pet will receive all the experience.

Brok

In the Cataclysm zone of Mount Hyjal there’s a mild mannered looking Tauren with an interesting array of pets to defeat.  Having the Cataclysm zone portal from your faction’s capitol city makes it an easy round trip to go and do this daily.

Synopsis: Kali’s main annoyance is the fact that it blinds you for a 50% reduction in hit chance.  Depending on how the fight goes you might steamroll it, or you might just squeak by.  Either way, the team below should do the job just fine.

Goal: To defeat the tamer with 2 pets so that a third pet can be carried through for maximum experience gain.

Brok’s Team

Kali with  Flash,   Light, and   Arcane Explosion
Ashtail with  Comeback,   Quick Attack,  and  Triple Snap
Incinderous with  Scratch Swarm, and   Survival

Your Team

Carry Pet
Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling –  Breath,  Bombing Run,  Decoy
Curious Wolvar Pup –  Bite,  Frenzyheart Brew,  Maul

Because Kali has an area-of-effect ability that will deal damage to your back row, bringing a level 1 isn’t feasible with this team.  So to take advantage of the fact that you’ll be bringing a carry pet with some extra health to spare, start with your carry pet and eat the Flash ability from Kali.  Immediately swap to your Dragonling and use Breath once.  Pop your Decoy up and then proceed to use Breath until Kali’s gone.  When Ashtail comes in use your Bombing Run and keep using Breath until your dragonling is dead.  You may get lucky and kill off Ashtail first, but usually this isn’t the case.  Your Curious Wolvar Pup will take care of Incinderous in short order.  Use Frenzyheart Brew, Maul, and Bite.  Keep Biting until the little cockroach is squished.

Thundering Pandaren Spirit: Round 2

earthGoal: Defeat tamer with two level 25 pets and one low level pet for maximum pet experience

Thundering Pandaren Spirit’s Team:

  • Pandaren Earth Spirit – Ruptue, Crystal Prison, Stone Shot
  • Sludgy – Ooze Touch, Creeping Ooze, Expunge
  • Darnak the Tunneler – Burrow, Stone Skin, Stone Rush

Your Team:

Start with Rabbit and follow this pattern until the Earth Spirit is dead – Scratch, Burrow, Dodge, Scratch, Scratch.

Swap to your Dragonling when Sludgy comes in and use Breath twice and then use Decoy.  Use Bombing Run and then keep hitting Breath to finish off Sludgy.  Darnak will come in and you’ll be able to use Breath twice before he uses Burrow.  Plus, Bombing Run will have hit and you’ll still get a last Breath in with your mechanical racial resurrection.

Once your Dragonling dies, bring your level 1 pet in.  Immediately swap him back out for the Rabbit and finish off Darnak with the following priorities.  If Burrow and Stone Rush are off of cooldown, he will Burrow so hit him with Scratch and then Dodge.  If only Stone Rush is off of cooldown he’ll use that, so Burrow to avoid it.  Otherwise use Scratch.
